Ewan McGregor has opened up about his fear of his parents watching him appear naked on screen. The Haywire actor was shocked to learn that his mother and father organised a trip to see him in The Pillow Book back inwhich featured several full-frontal nude scenes and footage of him sleeping with "an old Japanese man".
