Of all the years i have worked out and had abbs and such girls have always said things like those abbs are sexy and such but i never stopped to wonder why?

Like why do women find abbs so attractive whats so good about some dents in a mans stomach thats attractve? I wouldn't say most, I just guess it depends on the women you interact with. I have a bit of a belly and none of the women I've been with have had a problem with it, hell they even loved it. Because it shows you take pride in your physique therefore you can protect them.
